2:58am and still in love

speak to me...

i forget so easily,

i still miss your
voice once more...

i can see us,
in the places where all the other people see,
and believe love should be,
too far, too close,

i feel you in the
only place
that allows me to feel,

my senses of being around here are gone,
left in beds with dreams that seemed so real,
have you forgotten me or i've forgotten too fast,

somethings are heavier than the rain
and tears are hidden by the weather
...the little things are all the same,
too hard to miss, i feel them better...
in slow motion falling and never,
to ever
actually fall at all,
making no sense of
love...

i'm filled with your breath and i sing your songs,
i still awake to light steps upon my roof,
and pray to the clouds hovering
to carry as love so longs-
speak to me & i'll promise to never move

p/s: not my work but so beautiful right..
It speaks the unspeakable, utters the inutterable sigh of the heart. - L.Ferlinghetti

simple is eternal

pure as dove,
o my love.
live it simple
make no grumbles
for joy would come near-
hear me not,
there’s a knock!
“welcome mr felicity,”
Here is door to eternity.

life spectrum

Red, the rose, poppy, the poinsettia,
Life of blood red passion and fire,
Orange, the pumpkin, the carrot,
Life begins as sunrise ends as sunset,
Yellow, the sun, moon, the star,
Icons of gaiety and laughter,
Green, the grass, trees, the leaves,
Evergreen life and everlasting hopes,
Blue, the sky, the seas,
Reflecting serenity and space,
Purple, the grapes, amethyst,
Strength that shall never cease,
Violet, the Viola,
Let there be blossom o life.

Longing for your presence again

I search for your deep blue eyes
across the vast glimmering ocean
straddles the earth like my amour foe

Ripples upon ripples
beating at the tempo of my heart
your voice echoes in the ear
greeting the silence of night

clock, memories

the clock hung still
on eucalyptus wall.
its archaic hands, unmoved—
my vague memories, unfazed—
time ceased the moment you had left me.
i gazed and gazed- with thoughts
that wandered as a lonely cloud under somber sky.
tick-tock, tick-tock-
at intervals an ember of hope sparkled,
hoping the stolid clock to rewind.
as all was in vain,
some divine despair filled my heart,
so sad, so strange, the days that are no more.

sky of love

A sky of azure blue,
Across the horizon magnificent golden rays blaze,
Up a hill lush greenery spreads,
On which yellow daffodils blossom,
Bees buzzing, birds chirping,
Ever so fragrant and melodious,
Little two in the midst,
Whispering love and promises,
Gently the wind blows,
Nature be their witness,
Under the sky of love
